Cookie Policy

RecruitFractional uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. Some are required for the site to work at all. The rest are optional and only run if you consent. This page lists every category, what it does, and how to change your mind.
1. What we use
"Cookies" here covers cookies and equivalent browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad networks, and we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. Strictly necessary
These are required to sign in, keep your session, and protect the platform. They cannot be switched off, and consent is not required for them.

3. Functional (optional)
These remember preferences that make the product nicer to use, such as a collapsed dashboard sidebar, a dismissed banner, or a recently used filter. Turning them off does not break the platform; you may just have to set things again.
4. Analytics (optional)
These measure aggregate product usage such as which pages and features are used, so we can improve them. Analytics storage is only written after you consent, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. Signed-in dashboard metrics such as profile views and submission performance are recorded server-side as part of the service and are covered by our Privacy Policy rather than by consent.
5. Changing your choices
- The consent banner appears on your first visit with Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Manage preferences.
- You can change your choices at any time with the control, also linked in the site footer.
- Rejecting non-essential storage keeps strictly necessary items only, and the platform continues to work.
- If we materially change this policy we will ask again.
- We honor Global Privacy Control and do-not-track browser signals for optional storage.
6. Browser controls
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data from its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary items will sign you out and may prevent checkout from completing. Questions about this policy: privacy@recruitfractional.com.
