When a hire is confirmed on the platform, we invoice a flat $1,000 placement fee — never a percentage of compensation. It is the same $1,000 whether the retainer is $6,000 or $25,000 a month, and payment is due within 30 days of confirmation. Retained firms charge 25–33% of first-year comp for the same outcome. You contract and pay the operator directly.
