- What is a fractional executive?
- A fractional executive is a senior operator (C-Suite or VP-level) who takes on a defined scope of leadership work for a portion of a full-time role, typically one to three days per week over a multi-month engagement.
- How is this different from an executive search firm?
- We are a self-serve marketplace. You browse vetted operators, message them directly, and agree on scope without paying a 25 to 30 percent placement fee.
- Can I hire full-time through the platform?
- Our focus is fractional and interim leadership. If a fractional engagement converts to full-time, we support that transition directly with the executive.
Talent
- Who vets the executives on the platform?
- Every published profile is reviewed by our team against a rubric: 10+ years of relevant experience, verifiable outcomes, and references. Unpublished profiles are not visible to companies.
