Firms in the directory submit executives from their bench with a written fit rationale.
You keep 100% of your fee
You negotiate your own fee with the client and keep 100% of it — we never take a split. You pay a flat monthly membership plus a one-time $1,000 placement fee when a hire you sourced is confirmed.
