About the role

Kinect Solar wants a fractional technology executive to turn technology into a competitive advantage, so the team can work smarter, serve customers better and scale. In a first 90-day engagement you assess people, processes, systems and AI opportunities, agree on a technology plan, and start targeted fixes. You report to the CFO, work hands-on in NetSuite, HubSpot and AI tools, manage outside providers and decide what to buy, adjust or build. A strong fit for a pragmatic operator-technologist in a growing mid-market business.
