About the role
Pocket is scaling globally and wants a fractional general counsel to own its legal function, working with a network of international law firms across corporate, commercial, employment, privacy, compliance and litigation. The role is the central owner of everything legal: setting the legal roadmap, coordinating outside counsel and internal teams, and making sure matters get resolved on time. It is an ongoing engagement with steady weekly availability and close work with the founders. The posting lists $200–$300 per hour, on-site in San Francisco.
