Days 31–60: sign the first three
Offer a lightweight MSA. Skip formal tiering. Ship joint enablement content. Instrument attribution.
Days 61–90: measure
Sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, closed-won. If none is moving by day 90, the archetype is wrong.
